Shipping policy


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 day (Monday–Sunday, excluding public holidays).

After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number once the parcel has been dispatched.

Please note: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time: 4-8 days (Monday-Sunday)

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia
  • European Union countries

  • International destinations

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.


Tracked Shipping

All orders include tracking code.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • customs processing

  • carrier delays

  • severe weather

  • holidays or peak shipping periods

Nordvale is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control, but we will always assist you in locating your parcel.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, we may need to charge a re-shipping fee.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors

  2. Check your safe place or mailbox

  3. Contact the carrier

If the parcel cannot be located, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will assist you.
