If you’re not satisfied with the product, you may return your order within 90 days for a full refund - no return fees, no hidden charges.


How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email used to place the order

If your return is approved, we will provide clear return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must not be intentionally damaged

  • All original components must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Normal testing and reasonable use during the 90-day trial period is acceptable.


Manufacturing Defects & Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Stops working due to a manufacturing defect

  • Or you receive the wrong item

Contact us immediately at info@getnordvale.com

We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost to you
    or

  • Issue a full refund (including shipping)

Manufacturing defects are covered under our product warranty.


Exchanges

If you would like a replacement device, contact us and we will arrange it for you as quickly as possible.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Our 90-day policy extends beyond this legal requirement.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund
